How to count colonies with FigEditor

    Choose or drop a top-down Petri-dish photo, or start with the sample.

    Colonies are detected and boxed in a few seconds. Touching colonies are marked ×2, ×3 for review.

  3. 3Check and correct

    Zoom in, add missed colonies and delete false marks. Every change can be undone.
