How do credits work?

A new figure costs 2 credits. A region edit costs 2 and a text edit costs 3. If a generation fails, its credits are refunded automatically.

What is the difference between pay as you go and a subscription?

A pay-as-you-go pack is a one-time purchase and its credits never expire. A subscription adds credits every month; paying yearly costs half the list price.

Do unused credits expire?

No. Credits from packs and subscriptions stay in your balance until you use them.

Which export formats do I get?

High-resolution PNG up to 4K, plus editable SVG through the image to SVG converter.

Can I use the figures in papers and talks?

Yes. Check your target journal’s policy on AI-assisted figures and disclose use where required.

Can I cancel anytime?
